As stated in our opening lines that can be found when we are group-searched, we are-

Meaning that no matter who you are, who you drew, or how you drew it, you can submit it here if it was given as a freeb/freebie.
As for general rules: 1. Follow DA's rules and guidelines. 2. Be kind to others. 3. Remember to put proper warnings on your art if it is "risque" or "just plain gross." 4. Submit to the proper folders - they should be open for anyone to submit to, and if they are not then please let me know. 5. Please do not submit screenshots/screencaps - those do not belong here.
By any chance are GaiaOnline based Avatar Images allowed? Like the actual avatars they have on that site? i have some in my gallery that i screenshoted because i felt like showing people what she looked like on there...so are they allowed in here?
I would have to say no, simply because they aren't a freebie. Screenshots of avatars would be better suited to a broader group for Gaia, rather than this one. (Also, sorry for the late reply- exams are coming up and it's been test after test at school.)
